Physical products are included: weight and dimensions, stock with backorders, reservations during checkout, shipping zones by country and US state, flat, free-over and weight-based rates, VAT on shipping, and fulfilment with tracking. Carrier integrations for DHL, UPS and FedEx are planned. A multi-vendor marketplace is not available.

When another tool fits better
Four cases where we would not recommend WopCart.
You need a marketplace
Several vendors selling on one store, with commission payouts. WopCart has no multi-vendor mode and none is planned.
You need carrier labels
WopCart ships physical goods with its own zones and rates, but it does not yet buy labels or pull live rates from DHL, UPS or FedEx. That is on the roadmap.
You want native mailing-list apps
WopCart has an integrations hub for email, CRM and automation services, and reaches the rest through Zapier or signed webhooks rather than a dedicated add-on per service.
You want 0% without paying anything
The free plugin carries a 2% platform fee, because it settles through our Stripe Connect platform. Removing the fee means buying WopCart Direct.
